If you’re currently receiving, or have had treatment in the last 12 months, the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA), which regulates clinics in the UK, is keen to hear your thoughts on your clinic.
There are all kinds of different places you can give feedback on clinics now, but the advantage of giving your feedback to the HFEA is that what you say will be taken into consideration by the clinic’s inspectors when they next visit the clinic.
It’s a way of ensuring any concerns you may have are taken seriously as well as any praise you may have for your clinic being taken on board
