People with experience of IVF wanted for research project

Are you someone with lived experience of IVF? The University of Aberdeen needs your help evaluating a new AI tool.

As part of PhD research at the University of Aberdeen, Department of Computing Science, they are developing OPISbot – a chatbot designed to help people understand IVF outcome predictions.

This will help evaluate how effective a chatbot is at explaining IVF outcome predictions. The University wants you to “think out loud” while interacting with the tool to allow them to identify where it is helpful and where it is confusing.

This involves taking part in an online task, using a simulated patient vignette to test the bot and share your honest thoughts.

Privacy: All data is anonymised. Data you provide will be analysed and may be used in publications, dissertations, reports, or presentations derived from the research project.

Your experience is the missing piece in making this technology supportive and safe for future patients. If you might be willing to help, you can find more details here https://qfreeaccountssjc1.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9NtBhrBvIPmUaUu
