
We are absolutely delighted to be able to let you know that the wonderful Dr Rachel Gregoire, Chair of Association of Reproductive and Clinical Scientists (ARCS) and Scientific Director/HFEA Person Responsible at The Hewitt Fertility Centre has joined our Advisory Board.
Rachel has worked in the field of Reproductive Science for 26 years, starting her Clinical Embryology career in Dundee and going on to complete a PhD in Developmental Science. Rachel has led embryology services as Consultant Embryologist at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, where she delivered on a large-scale fertility service improvement project; rebuilding laboratory facilities and achieving significantly improved clinical outcomes.
Rachel currently works with the Hewitt Fertility Centres, Liverpool and Knutsford as the Scientific Director and HFEA Person Responsible, where she aims to deliver excellence in laboratory techniques, research capability of Reproductive Scientists, and in clinical and laboratory success rates.
Rachel is Chair of the Association of Reproductive and Clinical Scientists (ARCS) and strives to promote best laboratory practice and high-quality research in reproductive science, and to deliver high training standards both nationally and internationally. As Chair, Rachel encourages Reproductive Scientists to be a strong voice in society promoting the integrity and expertise of their profession, and aims to support reproductive scientists in providing effective and evidence-based care for our patients. Rachel is also a mentor for new Laboratory Directors and HFEA Persons Responsible.
